{"id":7284,"date":"2022-12-29T16:47:23","date_gmt":"2022-12-29T16:47:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/krestonbsg.com.mx\/blog-5\/?p=7284"},"modified":"2023-04-25T18:44:42","modified_gmt":"2023-04-25T18:44:42","slug":"el-dof-publica-oficialmente-el-incremento-de-vacaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/krestonbsg.com.mx\/blog-5\/el-dof-publica-oficialmente-el-incremento-de-vacaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a1El DOF publica oficialmente el incremento de vacaciones!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/krestonbsg.com.mx\/blog-5\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/NOTA-INFORMATIVA_IncrementoVacaciones_Kreston-BSG.pdf\">Descargar nota informativa.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 27 de diciembre de 2022, fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) la reforma a los art\u00edculos 76 y 78 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT), previamente aprobada por el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica el 3 de noviembre de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta reforma modifica el art\u00edculo 76, incrementando los d\u00edas de vacaciones de 6 a 12 en el primer a\u00f1o de servicios, aumentando progresivamente en 2 d\u00edas laborables hasta llegar a 20 d\u00edas de vacaciones por cada a\u00f1o subsecuente de servicios. A partir del sexto a\u00f1o, el per\u00edodo de vacaciones aumentar\u00e1 2 d\u00edas por cada 5 a\u00f1os de servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/krestonbsg.com.mx\/blog-5\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Recurso-3-100.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7291\" width=\"424\" height=\"259\" srcset=\"https:\/\/krestonbsg.com.mx\/blog-5\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Recurso-3-100.jpg 774w, https:\/\/krestonbsg.com.mx\/blog-5\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Recurso-3-100-300x183.jpg 300w, https:\/\/krestonbsg.com.mx\/blog-5\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Recurso-3-100-768x468.jpg 768w, https:\/\/krestonbsg.com.mx\/blog-5\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Recurso-3-100-280x171.jpg 280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 424px) 100vw, 424px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Art. 78 LFT: Del total del per\u00edodo que le corresponda conforme a lo previsto en el art\u00edculo 76 de esta Ley, la persona trabajadora disfrutar\u00e1 de doce d\u00edas de vacaciones continuos, por lo menos.
